Features of a Noble VoIP System

The benefit of having a VoIP system installed by Noble Solutions is that all our telephone systems are tailor made to meet each of our customer’s individual needs.  We provide a variety of options and are able to design a flexible phone system for any business.  A variety of different features are available to our System customers.

 These are available at no extra cost and include:
  •  Voicemail – You can have personal voicemail per extension and or company voicemail for everyone to access.  Our IP Desk Phones benefit from a flashing light and message indicator to ensure voicemails are noticed immediately.
  •  Voicemail to E-mail – Receive your voicemail messages as a wave file e-mail attachment, and listen to them via your computer.  An excellent feature if you are away from the office and want to pick up your messages.
  •  Interactive Voice Response – Ideal for routing calls to different departments i.e. ‘Thank you for calling ——, please press one for sales, two for accounts etc”
  •  Music and Advertising on Hold Customise your music on hold by uploading your favourite or the latest music, you can also upload advertising telling customers your latest offers and products.
  •  Ringing Options – Phones can be set so all extensions ring or cascade through your company, this can be set up as and how you choose even incorporating other offices and or mobiles.
  •  4 x Call Toggling – Each IP Desk Phone benefits from 4 line buttons for toggling / handling multiple calls.  Prefect for busy receptions and offices.
  •  100 x Callers and Redial Lists – Check the last 100 numbers dialled and the last 100 numbers that have called you (answered and missed).
  •  100 x Personal Directory – Store up to 100 customers & suppliers in the phones directory for quick calling. 
  •  Call Queuing – Callers can be placed in a queue with music or information on where they are in the queue.  Stop customers moving on to the next company if they get an engaged tone.
  •  Call Diverts – Set phones to divert to any number, anywhere at any time.  Each extension can have its own individual divert or forward all calls, you can activate your diverts manually or preset them incorporating time of day, day of week and even bank holidays.  These can even be set remotely by calling your own 0845 activation number.
  •  Conference Facility – We offer a very secure conference facility; you will be issued with your own 0845 number solely for conference calls.  This system uses a PIN code entry and tells you who has entered and exited the conference.
  •  Call Statistics – Access your account online, look up specific call information via month, or day.  Print off copy Invoices and amend personal details.
  •  Call Recording – Can be set to record every call or on demand when you need too.  Recordings are saved direct to the phone system, you can search for a specific recording via the number and or date and time of the call.
  •  Call Monitoring – Listen in on a colleagues call and talk to them without the customer hearing you.  A great feature for staff training and call centres.
 The following are available for a one off set up cost:
  •  Contact Pop-Up – This software can be used with Microsoft Outlook and will automatically bring up the customers information on screen when they call.
  •  Click 2 Dial – This software can be used along side any other TAPI compliant software.  It enables you to bring up a customers contact details, click on the telephone icon and the phone will automatically dial the number for you.
  •  VoIP to Skype – Install a click-to-dial SkypeMe icon on your website for customers to call you for free.  Get access to the Skype community with 440+ million registered Skype users.
