What is ViciDial?

ViciDial is probably one of the best dialer's on the market.  What does it do?  Well like most dialer's out there, you load contact details you wish to call into a call list and the system automatically calls them.  When they answer they are passed to an agent.  The details are then flashed up on the agent's screen.  Dialer's are often known by other means, such as;

Predictive Dialers Auto Dialers Outbound Dialers Power Dialers

Why are they used?  Simple, they are very efficient.  No mis-keyed numbers, no listing to answer phones etc.  Agents only get live customers.

VidiDial can use two methods of making the calls, either using tradional land lines, VoIP/IP telephony or a combination of the two.

For the smaller call centre, Noble can now offer all the features of our enterprise solution without the up front hardware cost.

You get the following

  • Your own dedicated server
  • Unlimited monthly bandwidth (100 mb pipe)

  • Total control over user administration
  • Full set of real-time monitoring and reporting
  • No per seat charges

In addition to the above, you also get 30 outgoing lines as part of the bundle, full breakdown of costs below: -

Hosted Set Up Charges

  • £250 initial fee for installation and configuration of each hosting server required.
  • £199 1st month hosting fee in advance per server.
  • Monthly ongoing fees include: £199 per server per month hosting fee plus the cost of minutes.
  • Training is also available at a cost of £500 for a day, which is normally sufficient. This includes two licensed copies of the full colour manuals.

Call Charges

  • 1p per minute for outbound calls to landlines.
  • 2p per minute for inbound free phone calls.
  • Minutes are billed in 1 second increments with a minimum call cost of two tenths of a penny.
  • All telco minutes are prepaid.
  • £2 per month for each Direct Inward Dial you require.
  • We are often able to offer special rates for customers with high volume.

What else is required for a Vicidial Call Centre?

You will need a PC for each agent capable of running a web browser. A high speed broadband connection. You will also need either an IP phone and headset or a free 'soft phone' client along with USB headset for each agent.

Connectivity to the system can be achieved by an array of adapters,be they ISDN, Voice over IP or a combination of the two.
