Noble are pleased to announce their hosted call centre package.

For the smaller call centre, Noble can now offer all the features of our enterprise solution without the up front hardware cost.

You get the following

• Your own dedicated server
• Unlimited monthly bandwidth (100 mb pipe)
• Full access to all call recordings
• Complete campaign and list access
• Total control over user administration
• Full set of real-time monitoring and reporting
• No per seat charges

Phone Lines

In addition to the above, you also get 30 outgoing lines as part of the bundle with per minute costs of just 1p to landlines and an inbound number of your choice (geographic or 0844/5) (mobile 10p/min) billed in 1 second increments (min call charge 1/10th of a penny)

All of the above is available for just £199 per month (minimum of 3 months) and a one off setup fee of £250.

Training is also available at a cost of £500 for a day, which is normally more than sufficient.  This includes two licensed copies of the full colour manuals.

What else you need?

You will need a PC for each agent capable of running a web browser and broadband of course. You will also need either an IP phone and headset or a free ’soft phone’  client along with USB headset
